You Can Now See The World From A Cat's Point Of View
In an effort to increase tourism, the city of Hiroshima has shed light on its sites from a new point of view... a cat's. The behavior of cats continues to boggle our minds. What do they think about? Why are they so weird? Why do they love socks? While those may remain unanswered, we are now able to SEE what they see.
A new street map, developed by the Hiroshima prefecture, targets some of the city’s main attractions, viewing them from a close-to-the-ground, or cat, perspective. While it's goal is to explore the view of cats, it also aims to increase tourism.
An official from Hiroshima’s tourism department told The Wall Journal: “We were seeking to introduce a different way to look at our cities and offer a view of the streets that wasn’t available before.”
Well, now that that's settled... can we figure out why mine attacks my feet?
