There's a new focus on getting seniors to work out during the corona virus pandemic and the idea started with kids in school. BOKS workouts are catching on with seniors because they are easy, fun, and helping them stay fit.

Kids are Cute - Especially when they're Baby Goats! Your Daily Diversion...

Goats, especially baby goats, bring so much happiness to the world. The Catskill Animal Sanctuary rescues farm animals from a variety of bad circumstances. After one of their biggest rescues last October, they have welcomed a herd of baby goats that are getting a lot of attention and have captured people's hearts!


This Teen creates a solution for "Safe Hugs".

People still need to social distance, which means physical contact with family and friends can be hard during the corona virus crisis. Our #FeelGoodPhoto of the week shows how a 10-year-old girl created a plastic curtain to be able to hug her grandparents.

A movement of Teachers, Chefs, Community Leaders, Parents, Lawmakers, and CEOs have a shared belief that hunger is an issue that must be addressed, now. The Covid-19 pandemic has uncovered a distressing fact - thousands of American families walk a narrow line between comfort and poverty. No Kid Hungry and their partners are assisting those whose lives have been disrupted by getting healthy food to where it's most needed.

The Long Island Bombers are a dedicated group of baseball enthusiasts and athletes from Long Island, NY. They just happen to be blind and visually impaired.

The Bombers play beep baseball, a modified version of traditional baseball that uses a beeping ball and buzzing bases to guide the players to score a run.
