One of my resolutions for 2016 is to eat healthier! I love food. I am a foodie to the core. But healthy food can be delicious! People think eating healthy means tasteless, boring dishes. That just isn't true. Some of my favorite recipes are healthy. Meaning, they have nutritious ingredients, low calories and will benefit your health.
