It’s Tabata Tuesday!
Our friends at Greatist are at it again and this time it's Tabata Tuesday! Here are three moves: box jumps, elevated push ups, and V ups, all of which need to be performed a total of 4 minutes, alternating between 20 seconds of all-out effort and 10 seconds of rest. This workout should total 12 minutes.
Want to kick this up a notch? Greatist recommends wearing a weight vest while you workout. As always, don't forget to stretch beforehand!
