Helpful Feedback On How To Comfort Someone In A Panic Attack
Blogger, Diane Roshelle, gathered the perspectives of several people (including her own) who either suffer from PTSD or experience panic attacks. Although Roshelle disclaims this post is by no means based on an official method of crisis management, nor should it serve as a universal guide in treating or caring for someone experiencing panic, I find the various feedbacks as great starting points.
