Find Some Halloween Joy With This Family Of Happy Dogs

You can almost feel the wind in your hair as you watch them run free: the pup family of Hooplaha's hit web series Life In The Dog House are in full Halloween mode, dashing from the corn maze to the pumpkin patch and back home. Seeing the joy on these dogs' faces is like a balm for the soul.

Chris and Mariesa Hughes, the parents you see in the video, know a lot about putting joy on animals' faces. The couple run an amazing organization called the Mr. Mo Project, an established 501(c)(3) non-profit group responsible for saving countless shelter dogs since 2011. Together they fight to save senior shelter dogs nationwide, to honor of the life of their late and beloved senior dog, Mr. Mo. The web series Life in the Dog House (LITDH) documents their daily lives surrounded by the furry friends they've rescued.

While every episode of LITDH will bring happiness into your heart and mind, this one is particularly sweet! Watch the pups snack on pumpkin treats, get dressed up in costume, and... eat more pumpkin treats! It's one of the happiest Halloweens we've ever seen.

Bonus: See Mr. Mo Project's most recent project. where they've teamed up with singer/songwriters Dan Tillery and David G. to write a happy and heartwarming song about senior dog adoption. HooplaHa-Only Good News was there to create a music video that will inspire dog lovers everywhere!

This episode of LITDH was produced and edited by Angela Wilhelm. Want more from the Dog House? Check out their YouTube channel, part of the HooplaHa Network.
