Get Moving With The Mountain Burn!
Our friends at the Greatist are at it again and this time it’s Workout Wednesday! This week is all about getting your body into great shape with squat holds, mountain climbers, and side forearm planks. You should do one minute of the squat holds, 20 mountain climbers per side, and one minute of side forearm planks - 30 seconds per side. This workout should total 15 minutes.
As always, don’t forget to stretch beforehand!
