Calvin & Hobbes Creator Draws First Comic in 19 Years
There's a new documentary exploring the world of over 70 cartoonists called, Stripped, delving into past and present trends in the media. The poster is by none other than Bill Watterson, the reclusive artist behind "Calvin & Hobbes." This whimsical cartoon about the adventures of a boy and his stuff tiger came to an abrupt end in 1995 after a decade, leaving behind many devoted followers. But Watterson was so pleased with the film that was happy to supply the artwork seen here. The film will be available on DVD April 2 as well as other digital channels.
