Today is International Women's Day! Women are oftentimes underappreciated, but they shouldn't be. So, in honor of International Women's Day, we have put together these videos of inspiration, encouragement, and empowerment to applaud the incredible women who deserve a little extra appreciation today!

The theme for this year's International Women's Day is "Pressing for Progress." In this video, women share their advice and tips on how to move forward in the professional world. International Women's Day is not only a day to celebrate women, but it can also serve as a chance you educate about women's health. Lily Singh (AKA Superwoman) is a well-known YouTube personality. In her channel, IISuperwomanII, she makes funny but often inspiring and empowering videos, such as this one. These inspiring women's lives have made them leaders. After going through tough times themselves, they took it upon themselves to help others going through similar situations. This Charity Plants Food and Hope! – Meals By Grace (P2)

Inspiring hope for those going through tough times is at the core of what "Meals By Grace" is doing for their community in Cummings, Georgia. In Part 1 of this story, we showed how volunteers for this non-profit met every Sunday to prepare meals for students and families in need so that they have nutritional food for their homes.

In Part 2, you will learn how their efforts go well beyond providing food. As the Meals by Grace volunteer force got larger, they developed programs to also help families get back on their feet after setbacks in health or employment. One effort created guided sessions in life and job skills to fill these gaps for families in difficult circumstances.
