3 Moves To Spice Up Your Workout Routine
As always, The Greatist is giving us three killer moves that are guaranteed to get your body moving and hit every major muscle group. Today’s moves are squats, dips, and sit-ups.
All you have to do is complete 8 rounds of the following circuit as fast as you can: 15 squats, 10 bicycle sit-ups per side, and 5 dips.
Most importantly, before you attempt any of these moves don’t forget to stretch!
