3 Core Moves To End Back Pain

So what exercises can you do, besides crunches, that will give you a stronger core? Here are three things moves you can do today that will have your back saying thank you.
Bridge Pose Repeat for 10-15 repetitions.
Forearm Plank Hold for at least 30 seconds. Work up to 60 seconds or longer.
Opposite Arm and Leg Extensions Hold for 2-5 seconds and lower down. Repeat the exercise with the opposite arm and leg. Start with 3 sets of 10 reps each leg. Try to work up to 30 reps.
