10-Year-Old Cancer Patient Shows Us How To 'Roar'
The Connecticut Child Medical Center put together an inspiring video of their patients lip-synching and dancing to Katy Perry's "Roar." Starring in the vid is 10-year-old Morgan Platt, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor (glioblastoma multiforme) in June of 2011. According to the Center's YouTube page, "Roar" has helped Morgan fight back and inspire others along the way. During an appointment, she had the idea of creating a music video to raise not only cancer awareness, but also the hopes of others affected by the disease.
