Young Boy Pays It Forward With $20 Bill

Myles Eckert was all excited entering the Cracker Barrel in Ohio for lunch after finding a twenty dollar bill in the parking lot. He thought about using it for a coveted video game, but a man in a uniform at the restaurant changed his mind. On a green Post-it note, Myles explained how his family likes to pay it forward, and told Lt. Col. Frank Dailey, "It's your lucky day." He thanked the soldier for his service and explained how he was a gold star kid, since his father was killed in Iraq when Myles was a baby. Lt. Col. Dailey looks at this little piece of paper daily, with a new lifetime direction to find more funds than the $20 to donate in the future.
