Woman Gives Teen Boy Key To Her House, Comes Home To Dinner On The Table
New Zealand native, Boe Kirner, was in New York City working for 6 months as a paramedic. One of her calls was for a homeless mother and her son. The mother had been shot and needed to go to the hospital. The boy was not allowed to stay with his mother, so Kirner gave him the key to her front door. She paid for a cab to take him to her home, while she worked. On her way home, she expected to find her house ransacked. Instead, what awaited her was dinner on the table.
