Veteran's PTSD Healing Comes From Strangers' Hugs
About 7-8% of the population will have PTSD at some point in their lives and that number only gets higher for veterans.
Research shows that hugging (and also laughter) is extremely effective at healing sickness, disease, loneliness, depression, anxiety and stress. This is why Human Hug Project started their program and are encouraging people to heal with hugs. Check out this video of recent Human Hug Project's Hug Flashmob!
