Tile Company Builds Path To Ocean For Disabled Beach Lovers
The beach is a beautiful place. A vacation spot for families, a tranquil oasis to relax and home to beautiful marine life. What if you couldn't go to the beach, feel the ocean? I'd be heartbroken.
I can't imagine how people with disabilities feel; who physically can't go on the beach with their wheelchairs or other hinderances. They aren't able to feel the ocean on their skin. In India, a tile and home decor company is changing that. H&R Johnson launched The Red Ramp Project. The company wants to make India's beaches accessible to everyone. They built a ramp out of red tiles that leads straight into the water. They surprised the people in this video with their 'first' trip to the beach. Their joy will certainly bring you joy!
