Our friends over at the Greatist are at it again and this time it’s all about three surefire moves that will spice up your daily workout routine.

All you have to do is perform each move for a total of four minutes, alternating between 20 seconds of all-out effort and 10 seconds of rest. Your total workout should be 12 minutes.
