Turns out the ingredients in tea, chocolate and berries can help prevent diabetes. As someone who has a history of the buzzkilling disease on both sides of my family, this is very good news to me. Really, it's good news for everyone. If anyone gives you a hard time for eating too much chocolate, just tell them you're bolstering your defenses against disease. No one will argue with that, especially if you use an impressively stiff word like "bolstering."
