The Most Creative Way To Recycle Toilet Paper Rolls
Rather than throw away her TP-less TP rolls, Anastassia Elias turned them into works of art. According to Huffington Post, Elias' usual tools are a brush and palette, but for this collection, she used only a scalpel. With the single instrument typically reserved for medical use, she carved intricate scenes into the rolls, each one more dynamic than the last.
She titled the series "Rouleaux" and published a book of her creations under the same name. Featured in her paper-roll gallery are a pair of ballerinas, a jurassic encounter between a t-rex and a brontosaurus, and a two-barreled panoramic view of a carnival.

It's work like this that reminds us how art is everywhere we go, hiding in things we might consider artless. In order to see it, sometimes we just need to chisel it out.
