The Greatist is at it again with this intense cardio workout to bust out in just 10 minutes! The goal of this quick workout is to complete as many of the following circuit in 10 minutes.
Are you looking for something more intense? The Greatist recommends holding a kettle-ball in the front rack position for the lunches or do weighted step-ups with the kettle-ball in the front rack position instead of box jumps.
Whichever intensity level you choose, don't forget to stretch beforehand.
