Student Fundraises To Get IPads For Special Needs Students

One very special girl from a middle school in Burien, Washington had quite the surprise for her fellow classmates. 12-year-old Cassidy Huff, who has dwarfism syndrome, took it upon herself to lead a fundraising campaign. The campaign was to raise money for special iPads to help children in the special education classes. Some of the kids are non-verbal and having iPads will help them communicate. Cassidy who needs certain assistances of her own, explained she wanted to help because there are always people worse off than she is.
