Smart and Easy Ways to Exercise at Work

I know how busy life can get. Between work, family, friends and sleep... it doesn't seem there are enough hours in the day. When in the world do you have time to exercise? Our friends at Greatist compiled a list of simple yet effective exercises to do at work. Most of them are so discrete no one will even know!
The Stair Master. Forget the elevator (and awkward small talk). Get your heart rate pumping and take two at a time for a real leg burn.
The Cubicle Wanderer. Need to ask your coworker something? Get up and walk to their office! Ditch the phone and move.
Last Man Standing. Standing instead of sitting, when possible, burns calories.
