Small-Town Coach Goes From Size 5XL To XL, Shares Keys To Huge Success
A year ago, no one would believe that Luke Cox was an athlete. At 415 lbs., the 31-year-old coach and social studies teacher was too tired at the end of the day to get on the floor and play with his kids. The eating never stopped, and at times he resorted to stealing snacks that were supposed to go in his kids' school lunches.
Now, he wears an XL t-shirt, rather than 5XL, and he takes his family to the local rec. center regularly.
