Selfless Child Uses His Wish To Help Others
Dominic Kerr, at only four years old, is truly one of a kind. Two years ago, he was diagnosed with leukemia. He was granted a wish by the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a foundation that grants the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses. Instead of using it for himself, however, he used his wish to bring joy to other kids. His wish was to buy toys for the kids undergoing treatment at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Marty Ostrow Hematology/Oncology Outpatient Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Dominic went on a shopping spree, courtesy of Make-A-Wish, and donated all of the toys to the treasure chest at the hospital.
At such a young age, Dominic has shown how a little selflessness can touch so many people.
