Restaurant Turns Waste Into Great Tasting Meals

A Danish restaurant offers a different menu every night. Why? Because they never know what ingredients will be coming their way. This restaurant doesn't buy their ingredients, they are donated!

Donations are dropped off daily from neighboring community cafes and grocery shops! Foods that otherwise would have gone to waste make their way onto the plates cooked up by Chef Grimstrup of Rub & Stub. Other than Grimstrup there are only three other employees, the rest are volunteers that help serve the 150 seats that go there to dine. All profits go to charity.
