Pizzeria Owner Fed 100+ Needy People On Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is a day to spend with your friends and family. Jason Hague did just this, and invited a few more people. The owner of Bada Bing! Pizzeria in Springfield, Ohio posted a sign in the restaurant window, inviting anyone to come in and eat for free on Thanksgiving.
They ended up feeding about 100 people. This sign went viral and people donated food for the feast. They ended up having leftovers which were donated to the homeless. He took to Facebook to show his gratitude.
"Just wanted to say thank you so much for all your thoughts, your prayers, your contributions, your donations," he said. "We fed about 100 people, we had plenty of food over, we had a lot of people bring in donations, pies, other side items, turkeys, it was amazing. I thank you very much, I hope you have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving and look forward to seeing you soon."
