Paralyzed Olympic Swimmer Vows To Stay Positive
Olympic swimmer Amy Van Dyken-Rouen severed her spinal cord in an ATV accident earlier this month, but the six-time gold medalist is not giving up.
She's determined to stay positive as she undergoes rehab in a Denver, Colorado hospital and is drawing on the prayers and support she's received since the June 6 accident. In a interview with the TODAY Show, she told viewers that she was "so thankful to be alive."
