One Man's Trials And Life Lessons Told Through Inspirational Music

Andrew Maze, born in 1988, grew up in Moscow, Russia. His family lived in an industrial district which presented him with several health issues. By age 13 he had serious pneumonia along with being diagnosed with bronchial asthma. The two made it hard for him to leave his house. His parents supported him in any way they could. But he did not want to give up and just settle for a life in doors. In a search for ways to improve his quality of life, doctors encouraged him to take up singing which can help overcome the disease.

So began his journey and love for music. While he was pretty much home bound, he became a self taught musician and got into electronic music. By the age of 19 he won several remix contests and released music with major UK electronic labels. What is most impressive about this man is not that he learned music on his own- but what he uses the music for. His music started to serve as an inspirational and uplifting outlet for him.

Though his passion lived in music, his parents urged him to go to college. It would prove singing did help his disease because he was eventually able to go to and graduate college with an engineering degree. To use his education he worked as an engineer for two years- completely disconnected with music. Not feeling fulfilled and happy, he left his job to pursue his life long dream of creating an album of inspiring and motivational songs. He is a man of many self taught talents; writing, producing, and mixing all his own songs and videos. Andrew has always had a positive outlook on life and didn't let hard times prevent him from reaching his dreams. He wanted to help people around the world have that same attitude. Andrew's mission is to give people hope that is it possible to overcome hardships and live a full happy life through music. His new album is the perfect source for that inspiration; "Hope Against Hope" will not only have you delightfully bopping your head but also feeling ready to conquer the world.
