Maybe It's Time To Rethink That Workout

Who knew that since the elliptical machine doesn't use a natural body motion it's basically ineffective as a workout?  You certainly wouldn't know by its popularity at the gym.  That's just one of seven habits to drop, along with the notion of doing the same thing every time you exercise or overdoing it with cardio. Turns out that even drinking too many sport drinks can thwart your good intentions.
