JetBlue Is "Flying It Forward" Just To Be Nice
JetBlue is known for it's generous deeds. But this one may top them all. The airline's Flying It Forward program is a chain of free flights, gifted from one person to the next. It started when Tameka Lawson wanted to fly from Chicago to New York to represent her non-profit. JetBlue heard the news and flew her there for free... under one condition; she passed the flight along to someone else. She passed it on to Teena Katz who was left handicapped after an accident. The flight has since been paid forward about 10 times. JetBlue wants to help you do great things. You can nominate someone to 'Fly It Forward'. "These stories speak for themselves," Morgan Johnston, a JetBlue communications manager said. "We want people to talk about these stories and start thinking about what they'd do if they had the ability to travel." Where would you go and what would you do if you could travel for free? Would you do something to make the world a better place?
