Despite the amount of cheer implied by the holidays, we sometimes find ourselves in holiday funks. Christmas shopping, holiday parties, remembering the gifts you didn't once think about in all of November or the first weeks of December but have somehow remembered at 7pm on Christmas Eve, and a mess of other things can get us down this time of year. And when we're down, our motivation to stay fit or even remotely healthy flies right out the window. Bummer, right?
