I know you've heard the phrase "Laughter is the best medicine." Well there is a reason for that. It's a natural stress reliever and boosts your heart rate. Oh, and a bonus- it burns calories!
Nibble some dark chocolate.
Not only is it delicious but it has heart health benefits and can even be good for your skin.
Find the silver lining.
Being positive helps keep you happy and can boost your immune system. Think about it, happy thoughts, happy life- right?

One study says people who smile the widest also live the longest. Smile as much as you can, for as long as you can, at as many people as you can. Even if you have to fake it. Smiling just makes you happier. And it is contagious. So the more you smile, the more other people will smile.
