High School Football Team Makes Bullied Special Needs Student An Honorary Member
Liz Johnson feared that she would have to pull her daughter, Chy, out of school if the bullying persisted. Chy, whose mental disabilities limit her cognition to that of a third grader, was the victim of name calling, and in some instances, having trash thrown at her by other students. After she repeatedly came home in tears, her mom had a decision to make.
