RELAXING SHAKE FOR GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP

Ahhh… a good night's sleep. Kinda tough for many these crazy days. In this video, Pete describes his special smoothie filled with ingredients that give you certain nutrients that can help you sleep better. The main ingredient of this smoothie is spinach. It also contains a couple of somewhat uncommon smoothie ingredients like pumpkin seeds and almonds. The ingredients are combined to help you sleep at night, filling you with nutrients such as antioxidants, lycopene, potassium, and fiber that will help to do that.
