Girl Saves Her Cousin From The Bottom Of A Pool
Summertime means a lot of swimming in the pool. Though it is fun and a favorite past time, it can also be dangerous. Drowning can occur to anyone at anytime. Thankfully, for one young boy, his cousin was there when danger happened.
Fransisco Sarna was having a good time in the pool. Evelin, his older cousin, noticed after a while that he had stopped swimming. He was not moving, at the bottom of the pool. In the beginning, she thought he was joking but then she realized he was not coming up for air.
“I thought he was playing, and then I didn’t pay attention to him. And then I came back, and I saw him that he wouldn’t move,” she said.
Evelin jumped into action and called for another person to help lift Francisco out of the water. Once they got him out of the pool, many people performed CPR waiting for the paramedics to show up. Francsisco was rushed to the Primary Children’s Hospital and is in serious condition. Thankfully his cousin noticed something was wrong when she did. We hope everyone recovers and learned a lesson from this unfortunate situation!
