Father Catches Toddler's Hilarious Reaction To Hermit Crab
When Johnny Kell took his young sons Lucas and Liam to the Humboldt State University Marine Lab in California, he didn’t know one of them would be an internet sensation. The boys were visiting the touch-and-feel tank, where Johnny tried to get 1-year-old Liam to pet a hermit crab. The result was priceless.
"[Liam's] usually pretty open to lots of new little creatures and stuff and he thought it was just an empty shell," Kell told ABC News. "I started to see him act differently, so I took out my camera and said, 'This is weird, something funny is about to happen.'"
And it’s a good thing he did! Little Liam shrieked out loud when seeing the crab. It gets better—when Kell asks if he wants to touch it, Liam takes off! Kell later posted the footage onto YouTube to share with the rest of the world. While it’s no secret that the world loves this adorable video, Kell shares that Liam also loves the video and “laughs hysterically” when it’s on. Now that kid should be America’s Funniest Home Videos!
