Cold season is here. This homemade tea recipe will have you feeling better in no time. I am a HUGE lover and advocate for tea. Any time I am feeling under the weather, I swear I can load up on tea and feel better in no time. This tea comes from an ancient recipe using the healing powers of citrus and turmeric.
Honeysuckle, as she calls herself on YouTube, gave us her family recipe! Not only does it taste great, but it will have you feeling better in no time. It is also loaded with vitamin C to keep you healthy when you aren't sick. Turmeric has been rumored to have tons of infection fighting powers, and having made this tea I'd have to say it's true!
Honey Ginger Turmeric Citrus Wellness Tea Recipe (30 servings):
- 2 Lemons
- 1 Orange
- 2 inches Ginger Root
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric
- 1 cup Raw Honey
