Collecting Good Reads For People Without Bookshelves

Author Amy Goldman Koss was surprised by the reactions of others when she began collecting gently used books for the homeless shelter in Glendale, California. It was as though having no where to put the items meant books wouldn't be appreciated. Far from the truth, Koss found her donations were descended upon "as if they've been offered a feast."
