Did you know May is National Fitness Month? We should practice being healthy and fit all the time, but this month is a great chance to renew your commitment to a healthy, active lifestyle. As adults it can be easy to fall into a routine of all work and no exercise! Did you know children spend 60+ minutes of physical activity each day where they live, learn, and play?
What if we looked to children for guidance and tips to stay active? This world would be a much healthier, and happier, place! Meet Kate, our 6 year old fitness expert. She will put Cameron, who seems to be really fit and healthy, through a real kid's workout! Can he Keep up with Kate?
