Boost Your Fitness Motivation

The best way to be successful in your goals is to plan. Of course it helps to have a little motivation. The list below is a great place to start!

My personal favorites:

1) Rocky! Come on you know every time you see him run up those stairs you automatically want to take to running.

2) My favorite fit quote is commonly found on Nike gear, "Yesterday You Said Tomorrow".
