Army Sgt. Defies The Odds And Makes The Cover Of Men's Health
Retired Army Sgt. and double amputee, Noah Galloway, shines on the cover of this month's Men's Health Magazine.
In the November issue, Galloway shares his challenges and recounts the details of the explosion that would change his life.
In December 2005, Galloway lost his fore arm and left leg on his second tour in Iraq. Five years later after struggling with depression and physical challenges, he decided to get his health back. He started competing in races and never let his amputations keep him from challenging workouts.
The father of three was chosen as "The Ultimate Men's Health Guy" and currently runs the No Excuses Charitable Fund, which works to promote healthy lifestyles in Alabama.
