Grew up in Jersey, DC college educated, lived in Italy, dropped rowing, and realized my next sport was in cooking food for others. After many years with jobs in fine dining and nonprofit work with kids I left to spearhead my own business. A business that creates ventures within the community to promote healthy eating and support a program called MicroGreens that teaches kids and families to cook on a SNAP budget. I knew that my long-term vision was to expand access to healthy food to every child in D.C. I now spend time between startups and an online radio show called Cooking with Alli to take care of my 2 corgis and plan a wedding.
