Yoga with Goats

Have you heard of Goat Yoga? It's a new fitness trend that doubles as therapy. There are currently classes being run all over the country, so you can start your Goat Yoga journey today. The classes are very similar to regular yoga classes, except there are baby goats running around while you stretch. And they are more than happy to jump up on you while you're in a triangle pose or snuggle up to you in your downward dog. Although this may not be the best way to find your Zen, it definitely leaves you smiling.
