8 Signs You're Doing The Wrong Workout

Mid workout you get a cramp. What does it mean? If you're like me, I would usually just push through it. But our pals at DietsInReview talked with some experts who tell us NOT to ignore these signs!
1) You're super sore! It is not normal to be able to barely move day after a workout. It could mean you are on your way to an overuse injury.
2) You get nauseous. This could mean you aren't breathing correctly. Slow down and catch your breath...
3) Your feet falling asleep means you need to switch machines or position.
4) Ouch! Shin splints.. You may need different shoes or different running surface.
These are all really important signs to look out for. All of them have solutions, too. Just tune in to your body and make sure you are modifying your routine appropriately.
