Unplugging devices or screen time and jumping into bed to get some needed zzzzzs can thwart even the best intentions.  Health & Fitness Magazine recommends physically calming the body and mind with six yoga poses before calling it a day.  Make this sequence part of your bedtime routine: child's pose, forward fold, seated twist, knee hug with reclined twist, plow and legs up the wall.  With deep breathing, these gentle stretches will bring that blissful rest you deserve.
