4th Grader Hand Delivers Over 200 Thank You Notes To Police Officers
Savannah Solis is a very loving and thoughtful fourth grader from Tyler, Texas. After the holidays, she decided she wanted to do something special for police officers. She hand wrote and decorated with candy over 200 Thank You notes and delivered them to officers around the county. Inside the notes read, “Dear police officer, My name is Savannah Solis, and I am 10-years-old. I just want to say thank you for taking care of us every day. You are my hero. I’m so glad we have you. You’re so brave, too. I pray that God will protect you. Please keep watching out for us, Love Savannah.” She also plans to send them to the New York City Police Department. What an amazing, sweet young girl.
